My How Things Change

It's only been two short weeks, but little Miss E has gone from a wonderful
angel of a helper (from previous post):

To a wild eyed tornado of destruction :)

She's like a car lot in the way she will "push, pull, or drag it" in an
effort to get everything she can out of the pantry!!!

Critter....

So, Eve and I noticed that some sort of critter was in the house and causing some destruction.  Specifically, said critter was gnawing on Eden's crib and leaving lots of bite marks:

We had to think of a plan on how to capture the critter but didn't want to let it cause any more damage to Eden's crib.  So we purchased some covering to put on the railing in hopes that the critters sharp teeth couldn't penetrate it:

The covering seemed to be working but we were still concerned for the safety of the other furniture in the house.  We didn't know what to do until we remembered something we saw on a Saturday morning cartoon years ago.  From our memories we were able to construct a trap by placing something soft and shiny under a cage like box.  Our hope was that the critter couldn't resist its curiousity and would come explore the object.  At that time the trap could be sprung and we could catch the critter, call animal control, and have it safely removed.   Long story short (if it's not too late for that,)........................................

We Got It!

My 1st Trip to Notre Dame!

Mommy and Daddy were very excited for me to be able to join them on their annual trip the Notre Dame bookstore before the football season started.  I think this was the one time my Dad was excited about spending money on clothes for me!  It was a beautiful evening and I even got to walk around campus a bit.

Daddy let me ride on his shoulders so I had a good view of everything:

But he also let me get down to see the funny bunny rabbit:

Then I found a pom pom that I really liked:

After that they found me a jersey that was just my size!  I had to try it on and see for myself how I looked. I was so super cute!  I think my future will hold lots of these colors.  Go Irish!:

And before we left Mommy and Daddy told me that since we were in a bookstore, we should also do some studying:

It's never too early to start learning!

ps...I not sure I even know what a clock is yet, let alone if can I read one.  But come on, even I knew the playclock had ran out last night!!!

I suppose....

That since my parents moved me out here to the middle of nowhere or as they say "the country," I'd better learn my way around these things:

Thanks Uncle Tyson for the head start!

I Can't Wait (Until Next Summer!)

I had tons of fun this summer as a little baby and I can't wait until I am a little older (and more mature) to really enjoy some of these things......like:

Popsicles:

Bounce Houses (with a little help from my friends):

Who were there to comfort me when I was scared:

And of course hanging out in the pool (before all of the water gets removed by the walking black wet dry vac!):

I hope everyone else had as fun a summer as I did!

So Much To Explore!

We haven't been very good since we moved about having the camera ready and taking pictures but we have gotten a few of the little one "exploring" the new digs.  Eden loves crawling throughout the house and especially into tight spaces.  She has figured out that whenever a door opens, there is usually a little adventure on the other side :)

She loves keeping the soda pop organized for us:

Making sure everything is plugged in correctly:

Checking out her stash of wipes and diapers:

The kids loving the new table:

All of the new surroundings combined with her new found mobility makes pictures such as this tough to capture - her 10 Month pic:

And after hours of exploring and growing, there is nothing better than curling up with a stuffed animal and going to sleep:
